20. Consumer Action Group - Cancel my Course

This forum was created by an alleged student who claimed he was trying to cancel his course beyond the contractual cancellation period and encouraging others to add libellous comments and record their alleged experiences. The postings were malicious and unfounded and though the company added its own postings offering direct assistance if the 'student' contacted a specific phone number, no contact was ever made. The site was removed in August 2008.
