7. Facebook - SkillsTrain 'Jump on the SkillsTrain scam'

A Facebook group was set up in 2008 which included a copy of the SkillsTrain logo, with graffiti across it, adding the word 'Scam'.

Postings were malicious and defamatory and most seemed to be by the same individual who was using the site to log his alleged dealings with SkillsTrain.

Facebook actively discourages private disputes and commercial grievances from being aired on their site and were quick to remove the group once they became aware of its content.
