This is one example of several forums which were created on the MoneySavingsExpert website, a website for people with money saving tips and financial problems, alleging all kinds of problems with SkillsTrain, from difficulty cancelling courses to issues about funding and claims of difficulty in contacting the company's Customer Service team.

SkillsTrain posted up special phone numbers and statements encouraging those 'students' to call a direct and personally manned phone line to have such problems fast-tracked and resolved. Those who had been posting did not respond to this offer and after a short space of time, all of these forums were removed from the Internet.
